My family recently joined Willamette Valley CrossFit and we are having a great experience. My two teens are receiving good instruction and the coaches are very careful about scaling workouts to fit their fitness level and experience. I have actually known Nancy and the crew for about 5 years and I am pleased with their continual improvement and emphasis on education and moving forward. This is a great place to train!

What will my first time in the gym be like?
Our coaches will meet you where you are at in your fitness journey and provide a simple easy approach to your first workout. 

What is your drop-in policy?

20$ or purchase of a T-shirt

How often do you recommend going to the gym?

This varies from person to person but generally we find 3 days a week to be a minimum effective dose. 

I'm not in very good shape...can I do crossfit?

Yes! The CrossFit methodology can be scaled and applied to all fitness and capability levels. CrossFit is for everyBODY

Do you offer more than crossfit?

Yes we offer HIIT classes that provide a high intensity workout with simplified movements, as well as yoga, open gym, personal training.
